Manawa Ora Mirimiri and Workshops will be hosting a community clinic day for you to get a taster for Mirimiri and Romiromi. This clinic will be held on 26 April 2025 at Five Rivers Medical in Greytown. This one-off session will be $20 for 20 mins with one of the Manawa Ora practitioners. These can be booked at loom.ly/wsdZSwsAll clinics in Wairarapa will be available to book online via Manawa Ora Mirimiri and Workshops by phone, with the first clinic launching shortly after the community clinic day.We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 26th April 2026.Tū Ora Compass Health is proud to share a recent partnership with Manawa Ora Mirimiri and Workshops to bring Māori healing practices of Mirimiri and Romiromi to Wairarapa over the next 12 months.Commencing in April 2025, Manawa Ora will deliver clinics to the community one day per week throughout Wairarapa through a clinic at Five Rivers in Greytown.Manawa Ora Founder & Director, Jolie Davis said it was a proud opportunity to bring Rongoā Māori to the Wairarapa.“Our success through community partnerships and clinics across the Wellington Region is evident with the incredible feedback we receive and the positive effects our communities feel after our sessions.“Our highly skilled practitioners will work with you to support you. A common misconception is that our sessions are simply a massage. Mirimiri and Romiromi are powerful ancient Māori health practices, designed to bring rebalance, realignment, clarity and wellness to the body, mind and spirit” she said.Sessions will be free through the partnership with Tū Ora Compass Health and can be booked by calling Manawa Ora on 04 974 4100 or 021 261 2526.Tū Ora General Manager Māori and Community Health Services Jo Henson said it was a privilege to provide and support Rongoā healing practices to Wairarapa communities.“Rongoā Māori has had immense impacts for many of our communities, helping them with their wellness, wellbeing and support their mind, body and spirit.
